Legal structure means allot more than you might think, it has serious consequences with regard to ownership, responsibility and liability. Unless you�re in the know and have previous experience it�s a good idea to consult an accountant or lawyer before deciding on the legal structure for your business.

Expansion does not mean that you give up your autonomy; a lot of small businesses will look to partner up with bigger businesses in order to take advantage of the marketing and production abilities they have.
